Review Process

The author(s) should submit a full paper on/before the due date. This full paper should follow the available template provided on this website. The submission of the full paper should be done through an e-conference system. All manuscripts are peer-reviewed using a single blind review process by at least two reviewers from the scientific committee. In the single blind review mechanism, the reviewers can see the author’s identity, but not vice versa. We only accept manuscripts reviewed and approved by qualified researchers with relevant field expertise. Each full paper will be reviewed using the following points:

  1. Quality of the paper related to contributing to the respected field;
  2. Originality and appropriateness of the research method;
  3. Technical competence in the development and execution of the research;
  4. Paper Structure and English Quality.

More information about the peer review process is the following:

  1. Manuscript submission (by author) through the e-conference system.
  2. Manuscript review and selection by Editors have the right to approve, reject, or directly review manuscripts. Plagiarism checks by Turnitin are performed on each manuscript before further processing.
  3. Manuscript reviewing process (by reviewers).
  4. Notification of manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection (from editor to author based on reviewer’s comments).
  5. Revision of the paper (by the author).
  6. Based on the reviewer’s suggestions, the author submitted the revised file.
  7. Notification of acceptance (by the editor) if the reviewers are satisfied with the revision.
  8. Editors conduct a review and edit to ensure compliance with the template guidelines.

Conference registration and participation by the author (or at least one co-author) is required for publication.
